2020 FERN Coyote
The Coyote is an adaptive Ski Bike designed and developed by a large team of engineers at FERN. Produced in small batch quantities to maintain control over quality the Coyote is available to order now. In standard attire the FERN Coyote sports a 4130 Chromoly swing arm that is mated to a hydro formed aerospace grade aluminium chassis all suspended with DNM shock absorbers.

With powerful CAD software we model and analyse each component before CNC machining prototypes. Each critical assembly goes through ultimate strength and fatigue life cycle simulations to ensure each geometric mass is optimised for strength.
DNM Suspension
We have designed the Fern Coyote to use specially made fully adjustable DNM suspension technology from Taiwan. Typical rider weight will determine the suspension trim and rear shock absorber spring rate.
World first in design
There are many design features in the FERN Coyote one notable innovation quickly being adopted by the ski bike industry is the Coyote’s front ski mounting platform. Designed for massive weight reduction and better powder clearing the platform is low profile and collects very little snow.
